*If ordered within 7 days of an event, we will contact you to notify you when to expect the tickets.
Return Policy: Please note:

T-shirts may be returned and fully refunded if damaged only.
All products are inspected and placed in a sealed envelope when dispatching however accidents may happen on its way to you.
If you are not happy with the product for any other reason upon receiving it, you may return it for any other Item up to the value of the returned product.

Tickets are absolutely non-returnable unless otherwise stated on our official Facebook page (facebook.com/cavaliersuk). Such instances would include cancellation of shows, change of city, etc.
